We are dedicated to bringing your SEXY back! Not only will you Look Great but you will Feel Great too.
Our class offers Fitness and Fun! Our ladies have a great time getting in shape and many are meeting their goals for weight loss! Our Class is Electric! You will see results, guaranteed!! It is a workout, but it is subtle and very effective. Take a look at our testimonials. These ladies are feeling great and sticking to something that is working for them. It can do the same for you!
This class is an extension of the Goddess Workshops. Our focus is on the inner woman. Healing the soul with dance, and touching the mind with a spiritual bliss that can only be found within. The results are a toned and fit body; an inner peace and an ability to move your body with ease. These results take some time, but being consistent and working hard at it will definitely pay off.
Our class is designed to give our dancers a strong foundation in Belly Dance and a touch of Modern Dance. Focusing on a Core Conditioning and Isolations that are needed in the Art of Belly Dance.
These classes are in 8 week sessions, that are ongoing. We focus on core strengthening and building. The classes are designed to be built upon. The sessions will be based on Phases, taking you from beginner to intermediate to advanced Modern Belly Dancer!
