Class Policies

The Early Registration Discount Expiration date and time will be posted on the site. After the specified time the cost of the class will be increased. 

To qualify for the Early Registration Discount you must be registered (paid in full) for the desired class or classes before the deadline ends.


Refunds for our Group Classes

If you register for a class and will not be able to attend any of your scheduled classes (or any of the other scheduled classes), you must notify Modern Belly Dance (Trenayce) within 7 days of the class start date. You will receive a Refund (minus the Fee that Paypal Charges for all Transactions). 

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE 7 or more days before the class begins. After that time, you will receive a credit.
You must notify Modern Belly Dance to receive this credit before the start of the class or as soon as possible once the class has commenced. 

It will be at our discretion to give a credit/refund at a later date.


Missed Classes/ Make ups

If you miss a class that you have registered for, you may make the class up in any of our other scheduled classes, if there is space available or if any are running at that time. You must contact us by email or phone and give the date and time that you desire to do a make-up. We will make every attempt to accommodate you. You will have the entire 8 weeks to make up any missed classes (as long as we have another class running), plus the week before the new session begins. After this time, you will forfeit your classes missed.



You must contact Modern Belly Dance of Cleveland if you are interested in a Party. Once we have verified that the time and date are available, you must confirm your event by paying the deposit, which is usually $50.00 for normal size parties (All Deposits are Non-Refundable). You will have 72 hours from the time of the confirmation to make a payment to hold your reservation. After that time we do not guarantee our availability. Events can vary in price and deposits.


All Final Payments must be received by the deadlines given:

*Final Check payments must be received 14 days prior to your scheduled event.

*If Final payment is made by Credit Card, payment must be completed 7 days before your Party (1 week in Advance).

(If your Final Payment is not received by Deadlines given, your party will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.)

*Once you have paid for your event, we guarantee our availability. If for any reason we are unable to accommodate, a full refund / your deposit will be given.


All deposits/payments will be forfeited if you do not cancel within 72 hours of your Event. 

A Credit will be issued if cancellation is done within 72 hours and 

you will have 3 months to reschedule.
